I am committed to providing high-quality, professional, effective and affordable legal services.
I represent clients in both French and English. As such, I have successfully argued cases in both official languages at different level of courts and tribunals. I have appeared in front of Administrative tribunals, the Federal Court of Canada, the Ontario Court of Justice, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Appeal and also in front of the "Cour du Quebec" and the Superior Court of Quebec.
Before being called to the Law Society of Upper-Canada in 2006, I worked as Registrar for the Commission of Inquiry into the Actions of Canadian Officials in Relation to Maher Arar and published a bankruptcy case law digest in 2005. In addition, I occupied a position for more than three years with the Clerk of the Privy Council of Canada where I interacted on a daily basis with the Prime Minister's Office.
Since my office is located in Ottawa, the largest part of my practice deals with matters in Ottawa. However, I have represented clients across the province of Ontario and in the Province of Quebec.
I believe a client should have confidence in his counsel. It is important that we work together towards your goals and matching your expectations. Communication is key in getting the result you want in dealing with your matter.
