
Caroline Sauve
Caroline practices law in Quebec, representing clients in the fields of family, criminal and administrative law as well as in litigation cases. She also provides civil and commercial mediation services in Quebec and Ontario.
Caroline is a dedicated lawyer who stringently defends the rights and recourses of her clients to the full extent of the law. She is determined to make justice accessible to all. She provides high quality legal representation in French and English at affordable costs. She also accepts Quebec Small claims Court Mediation mandates.
Admitted to the Quebec Bar Association in 2003, Caroline has since acquired considerable experience allowing her to skillfully and successfully represent her clients. She, in fact acquired much knowledge in the course of employment with the Canadian Air Transportation Security Authority, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Immigration Canada and the Library of Parliament. Within these organizations she acquired in-depth knowledge of the legislative process (from political intent through drafting and interpretation of laws and regulations), National Security, Human Rights as well as of Canadian and International police enquiry operations and of the Air transport claims resolution environment.
Caroline also possesses business experience. Prior to her admission to the bar she worked in the fields of marketing and communications for International organizations, namely Teleglobe International and the firm of Goodman, Phillips and Vineberg.
Caroline is incidentally experienced as an Early Resolution Coordinator and the treatment of claims related to the Human Rights Chart for postsecondary institutions.
As of 2014, Caroline is also very proud to represent the school board des Portages- de-l'Outaouais as a school commissioner.
